Scooter is a Sumter native. He came to the Agency in October of 1982. He works mainly on Commercial insurance and Bonds, but is licensed in all lines. He has served on the board of many organizations including the Sumter Independent Agents Association and the Independent Insurance Agents of South Carolina, as well as local civic organizations. He is married to Janet H. James. He enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing with his grandchildren.
